Bitbucket web app down from my workplace but not from my home

Hi,

Since yesterday me and my team can't access bitbucket wep app from our work
place (request timeout). All other websites are OK.
It seems to be a very specific issue between this location and bitbucket:
for example I can access it from my home...
To be able to work we have setted a SSH proxy on a VPS in London : with
that we can navigate on bitbucket, but it's still down here.

Since I have heard bitbucket was moving datacenter last days, I've check
DNS resolution which seems OK (131.103.20.167)

Any thoughts about this issue?
